A citizens’ information meeting will be held tonight to review proposed bicycle routes and way-finding signs as part of a Fairfax County project to install bicycle routes in the commercial area of McLean.
Where and when: Tuesday, June 12, 7:30 p.m., McLean Community Center, 1234 Ingleside Ave., McLean.
Purpose of the meeting: Asking McLean residents to provide feedback on these locations and the wording of the signs.
Way-finding signs will guide the way to areas of interest (e.g. Dolley Madison Library, Lewinsville Park), commercial areas (e.g. Arlington, McLean) and the future McLean Station Metro, east of Tysons Corner on Rt. 123, according to a not from Dranesville Supervisor John Foust.
