Last Taste of Summer, Folksy Blues, 'Grease' and More

The weekend is here! How are you going to spend it in and around McLean?

Balducci's Last Taste of Summer Wine Event: On Saturday, Balducci’s Food Lover’s Markets will be hosting its Last Taste of Summer Wine Event from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Alexandria, McLean and Bethesda locations. More info here

Got the McLean End-of-Summer Blues? Then head over to Potomac Overlook Regional Park at 7 p.m. Saturday for a free concert by Michael Mulvaney, a blues and folk singer.

Grease is the word. And it’s also the movie showing at Arlington’s Gateway Park in Rosslyn on Friday. The PG-13 movie begins showing at dusk. Will good girl Sandy and greaser Danny be able to rekindle their summer romance? The park is located at the foot of Key Bridge, 1300 Lee Highway, two blocks from the Rosslyn Metro. And keep an eye out for anything unusual... We hear love is in the air!
