I have been to Greenberry's on a few occasions for their coffee and ice cream. Usually, I am treated nicely and the customer service is good. My visit today, however, was terrible in every way. Normally, I get ice cream in a cone but decided on a strawberry milkshake instead. The guy preparing my order knows nothing about sanitation. The handle of the blender pitcher went fully in the ice cream cup and the strawberries were not washed. When I pointed this out, the ice cream was not replaced, and the berries were superficially run under the water for one second. So disgusted by the lack of cleanliness, I asked instead for a Pina Colada shake (that is, with pineapples). The other service person gave me a really bad attitude. I was so grossed out and upset, that I walked out without anything. $5.95 for a milkshake is not worth getting an upset stomach ache. And thanks for the bad attitude of top of that.
