Inner Quest creates adventures and workshops for all ages, from school groups to corporate groups. The adventures are designed to increase self-confidence, encourage teamwork and improves cooperation. While some adventures are completed in one day, multi-day programs are also offered. Many adventures, including kayaking, rock climbing, urban exploring and the wilderness expedition, take place at locations throughout the metro DC area.
