I hired caregivers from this service back in 2011 for my Dad. It was wonderful to have a group to turn to where I could hire as needed -- no weekly commitments. We had regular caregivers for Dad, but this filled in holes when I wanted to go somewhere spur of the moment. They are very flexible. I just checked today (5/21/2013) and they are still in business, run now by the retired owner's son, who remembered my name!
