Dolley Madison closed from Great Falls to Anderson overnight
Another night another night of the closing of the Southbound lanes of Dolley Madison Boulevard (Route 123 heading to Tysons Corner) between Great Falls Street and Anderson Road. The Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project crews (these are the folks building the Silver Line through McLean and Tysons Corner) will be installing acoustical barriers along track bed and traffic cannot travel underneath for safety reasons. Time: 11 pm.-5am. Thru traffic on southbound Route 123 will be detoured by turning left on Great Falls Street, right on [Old] Chain Bridge Road, then right on Anderson Road to rejoin Route 123.
