WinterFest Donates $1,200 to Share of McLean

The Mclean Winterfest parade was a hit with the community and good times were had by all.

The Mclean Winterfest Parade is a staple of the wide arrange of activities in the area. Celine Leary, a newcomer to the parade this year, had a few things to say about it. "This is my first time here and I love it. You look around and see all the people here and you really get a sense of community. The fact that people actually leave their houses and come together for these events is refreshing and makes me want to attend more often." Trish Butler, who is apart of the steering committee, also stated how the parade continues to get bigger and better every year. "Mclean Winterfest gets bigger and better every year.
