Chipotle Officially Opens in Downtown McLean

The "fast casual" restaurant sells tacos and big burritos, as well as salads and burrito bowls.

If you're slightly sick of the heavy holiday food, you're in luck. Chipotle is now officially open in downtown McLean. A company spokeswoman confirmed that the restaurant opened at the end of November. It is located at 6707 Old Dominion Dr. near the intersection of Chain Bridge Road in a space formerly occupied by Mae's Dress Boutique, which closed last March. When McLean Patch first reported the news of the restaurant's impending arrival, Chris Arnold, the communications director for the company, said the decision to open a Chipotle in downtown McLean was easy. Intermix and Mulberry 'Coming Soon' to Tysons Galleria

These stores are the latest in a new string of openings at the mall.

Two new upscale clothing boutiques are coming soon to Tysons Galleria, just the latest mall additions in a string of store openings. Mulberry, a London-based luxury brand, and Intermix, a New York boutique that carries many designers, are both expected to open later this year. Mulberry will be located on the second level of the mall near Anthropologie. Intermix will be located on level one. In addition to these two new openings, Patch recently reported two other luxury stores that will join Tysons Galleria in the near future. Lilly Pulitzer will open in December. Iconic French Pâtisserie Coming to Tysons Galleria

PAUL Bakery is already located in Georgetown and on Capitol Hill.

If you have a hankering for an authentic French baguette, you won't need to catch a flight to Paris to get one. Soon, you can just hop over to Tysons Corner. The DC International reports that PAUL Bakery is opening a new location in Tysons Galleria. "After The Daily Grill vacated the property, it appears the space was split into two units. Ann Taylor took one part. Now, PAUL will occupy the other half. PAUL is currently looking for a manager. But there is no word on when it will open," the blog reports.
