The 6 weeks preceding the presidential election - seemed to slow down several home buyers in the Phoenix Arizona real estate market. Since the election, phone calls from buyer inquires had picked up a bit. Otherwise, I had a very busy summer and was on target to beat last years gross. Unfortunately, and I think because of the election, I will be behind last years gross real estate sales by 10%. more ›
