Do you know McLean history and want to share?

Don't be shy! McLean Patch is on a mission to recruit fresh voices, and this is a great opportunity to make your voice heard. This isn't a reporting job. It's blogging. You write what you want to say when you want to say it. Do it on your schedule, whether that's posting multiple entries per day or a couple times a month.

Patch bloggers are not paid and will own their blogs.  This is a chance to share your expertise and opinions with a wider audience! Much like The Huffington Post (which has is now part of Patch) has done, Patch is providing local bloggers an online platform to have their words seen by a larger audience.

My role as editor would be to review blog entries submitted to McLean Patch to ensure there are no libelous claims. We might correct obvious typos, too.
