Daytime Lane Closures on Dulles Connector Road (Route 267) to Continue into Late Summer

Construction activities on eastbound Route 267 will continue into late summer as crews complete work on the retaining walls and begin construction of a new shoulder area between the rail and road. Expect to see intermittent delays on this route due to daily lane closures and look for alternate routes if possible.

Pile Driving to Continue at Tysons West Station
Crews have begun construction of the foundations for the pedestrian pavilions for each of the Tysons Corner Metrorail Stations. Pile driving will continue at the Tysons West Station north pavilion at the corner of Spring Hill Road for about a week before moving on to the other side of Tysons West Station.

Pile driving can generate significant noise. The activity drives steel piles into the soil to build foundations for pavilion structures. The pile driving will be performed between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. on weekdays and the occasional Saturday.
