Ramps from Dulles Connector Road Closed Overnight

Ramps to Close Overnight Sunday, April 17 at Dulles Connector/Route 267 and Route 123 in Tysons/McLean Area
for Paving Operations

Subway construction crews are planning  paving operations tonight at the interchange between the Dulles Connector Road (Route 267) and Route 123 in McLean. This area is between Great Falls Road and Anderson Road.

Noise warning :Every effort will be made to minimize the noise associated with this work. However, paving is an extremely dangerous activity and will require the use of backup alarms to ensure workers’ safety.

Weather permitting, the paving is scheduled to from midnight and 5 a.m. All operations will be completed before the Monday
morning rush hour begins.

The following ramps will be closed for these operations:
Ramp from northbound Route 123 to eastbound Route 267 toward I‐66
Detour: Continue north on Route 123 (Dolley Madison Boulevard), then turn left on to
Georgetown Pike. Continue on Georgetown Pike and enter I‐495 south. Drivers can rejoin the
eastbound Connector Road (Route 267) from I‐495.

Ramp from eastbound Route 267 to northbound Route 123
Detour: Traffic will be allowed to use the exit ramp to southbound Route 123 instead. At the
bottom of the ramp, drivers will be permitted to turn left on to northbound Route 123 at the
signalized intersection.

In addition, the left thru lane of northbound Route 123 will be closed from Anderson Road to
the Dulles Connector Road overpass. This lane will be closed beginning at 9:30 p.m. and will
reopen by 5:00 a.m.
